Some of the famous and old shops, which are hallmarks of shopping in Khanna are Sood World, one of the largest electronic showrooms in Khanna, which provides the best in quality and variety and brands for electronic goods. It is also famous as the Hukam Chand Sood & Sons Furnishing Mall and is located on the Samrala Road. Jewellery shops like Shastri Sons Jewellers are also very famous for the intricate designs of the gold jewellery available in this shop.

There are many boutiques for women clothing, which provide salwar kameez's of elegant and unique design. There are dress materials with beautiful embroidery available in these boutiques.

Malls and Shopping Centres in Khanna

Urbanization has had its share of impact on the city of Khanna as well and thus, one can spot some malls in Khanna. The popular one being the Pristine Mall or Pristine City Centre Khanna Mall, which not only caters to Khanna, but also to its nearby places like Gobingarh, Doraha, Samrala, Amloh, Fatehgarh Sahib and Bassi Pathana. It has all facilities like kids zone, car parking facility, food joints, restaurants, branded apparel shops, multiplex cinema and many more.

There are also other malls, which are close to Khanna, like "The Celebration Bazaar",  located on G.T.Road and is a hub at DreamCity Gobindgarh-Khanna, and is at drive of 25 minutes from Ludhiana. Other popular malls are Khanna City Centre and Khanna City Shopping Centre, located in badinpur, Guru Nanak Colony and Billanwari Chhapary, Pratap Colony respectively. There are also upcoming malls like City Tower etc.

Many national and international brands have their shops in these malls and there are more than 200 retailers, with their base in the shopping complexes of Khanna. Renowned brands like Woodland, Adidas, Levis, Fasttrack, Reebok etc. have made a foray into the shopping arena of Khanna. Also, there are many fast food joints, situated in these shopping complexes, which make the experience of shopping enjoyable. One can find Mc Donalds, Subway, Pizza Counters and many other eateries in the food courts in these malls. There are many coffee bars in these complexes as well.
